Ben Brown is the first to admit it: “I drink my own Kool-Aid.” Brown is co-president and head of real estate in the Americas for Brookfield — and, if you were going to drink a company’s Kool-Aid, you couldn’t do much better. “We’ve built this business for this exact environment,” Brown told Commerci
